A closed garage in a Georgia summer gets very hot, which shortens the life of opener circuit boards, capacitors and photo-eye sensors. Storms add power surges, so a surge protector is cheap insurance.

Hörmann Remote & Keypad Programming: frequently asked questions
How much does Hörmann remote & keypad programming cost in Temple, GA?
Hörmann Remote & Keypad Programming typically costs $50-$150 including parts and labor, and usually takes under 1 hour. The exact price depends on your door and the parts it needs, and you get it before any work starts. Call (833) 435-8883 for a quote.
Can you do Hörmann remote & keypad programming the same day?
Often, yes. When a technician is available we can usually come the same day, and common parts are carried on the truck. Doors that won't close or have a broken spring are treated as priority calls, and emergency service is available.
Is Hörmann remote & keypad programming covered by a warranty?
Our work comes with a 90-day labor warranty on repairs. New parts and doors also carry the manufacturer's warranty, and Hörmann warranty terms vary by product and age. Ask for the warranty details in writing with your quote.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Our technicians are insured, and where Georgia or Temple requires a contractor license for garage door work, the job is done under that license. You're welcome to ask for proof when you book.
Should I repair or replace my opener?
A good rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than about 50% of a replacement, or the opener is near the end of its life, replace it. Most openers last 10 to 15 years. If yours is older than that, lacks photo eyes or rolling-code security, or needs a logic board or motor, a new opener is often better value. Springs are the exception: a broken spring is always replaced, never repaired. Our free repair vs. replace calculator can help you compare.
